How to Register

 

All Exhibitors (New or Current) must provide the following documents to be able to participate in any of our festivals;

  1. Signed 2025 Terms and Conditions

  2. Certificate of Authority (Sales Tax ID)

  3. Certificate of Insurance (COI)

  4. Food Protection Certificate - Food Exhibitors ONLY

  5. Temporary Food Service Establishment Permit (TFSE) - Food Exhibitors ONLY

All Exhibitors must provide proof of liability insurance.

  • Click Here for sample COI - Red letters must be included on your COI

  • Food Exhibitors - FLIP offers an annual policy starting at $299 if paid up front

  • Arts and Craft Exhibitors - ACT offers an annual policy starting at $279 if paid upfront and 1-3 days and coverage is consecutive days only for $49.

  • All Other Exhibitors - ACT offers a 90 day policy for $149 paid upfront.

All Exhibitors must have a Certificate of Authority (Sales Tax ID #).
This is completely FREE.
To apply for a Certificate of Authority:

  • Visit the NYS License Center website

  • Select the Business link on top of the page

  • Log in or create an account

  • Select Apply now for a new license or permit

  • Search for Application for a Certificate of Authority
