• A Consumer Affairs license # that is current for this year.
• A valid credit card. (There is a Vendor ID Fee that will be charged to your account.)

THE STEPS TO COMPLETE THE FORM WILL BE

1. Enter in your basic information such as Name, Address, Phone, and Email Address
2. Provide Your Credit Card Number and charge it for the Registration Fee.
3. Read and Accept the terms and conditions
4. Print out the registration fee id.
5. You will receive an email normally within 4 hours (but it may take up to 24 hours) with your new vendor number and password.
